Hi, I’m Rachel — a National Board Certified Health Coach with a background in the arts and nutrition. With years of experience as a teacher and mentor, I bring care, curiosity, and a personal approach to my work. My coaching blends practical science backed nutrition and lifestyle guidance with thoughtful, one-on-one mentorship.
